Terms & Conditions
The simple terms for using our site and ordering our pieces.
About us
This website is operated by [Business / trading name], trading as Olive & Almond Woodcraft, Huércal-Overa, Andalucía, Spain. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Every piece is handmade from natural olive and almond wood, so no two are identical. Grain, colour, knots and shape vary from piece to piece, and colours may appear slightly different on your screen. These natural variations are part of each piece's character, not a defect.
Orders & prices
Prices are in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to price and describe items correctly, but if a genuine error is found we may cancel an affected order and refund you in full. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your card details. During our transition from Etsy, some pieces may also be available through our Etsy shop, where Etsy's terms apply at checkout.
Delivery & returns
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, and your cancellation and refund rights on our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photographs, the logo and designs — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Liability
We take care to describe our pieces accurately and make them well, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes are subject to the competent Spanish courts. Your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence are unaffected.
