Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is made by hand in Huércal-Overa, Spain, and sent to you with care.
Making & dispatch times
Because our pieces are handmade, please allow a little time before your order is sent. We aim to dispatch ready-made pieces within 3–5 working days. Larger or bespoke pieces may take longer, and we will always let you know the timeframe.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Spain. Orders are sent tracked so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delivery costs
Postage depends on where it's going and the size of the piece, since a tall or bulky parcel costs us more to send than a flat board. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide:

Buying more than one piece? You pay a single postage charge, sized to the largest item in your order, not one per piece.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, tracked delivery typically takes around:
- Spain: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 4–8 working days
- Rest of world: 8–15 working days
These are estimates from our carrier and can vary, especially during busy periods.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the UK and the rest of the world) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges.
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or appears lost, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help put it right.
